After selecting a grant program below, you will be asked to provide the MAA with information pertinent to that program. Please make sure you have the following documents ready as separate PDF files as you will be asked to upload them in appropriate sections of your application:

do not accept image files or embedded photographs as uploads
. Make sure that all of your files combined do not exceed 8 MB. Exceeding this limit will cause a submission error.
- - CVs of Project Director and any Co-Directors
- - Project Description as specified in the appropriate call for proposals
- - One page summary report for application to renew a project
- - Letter(s) of Recommendation and other relevant documents as a single pdf file
You will be allowed to save your data and return to complete the application at a later time by saving your application in DRAFT form. At that point, an email will be sent to the Project Director's email address with instructions for logging back into the system to finish. Please contact the
if you have questions about accessing your draft proposal. Once you submit your application in FINAL form, you will not be allowed to make further edits.
